Registered Childminder

Based in Prestonpans, serving East Lothian

Hello! My name is Christy.

I’ve been in the childcare business for over 15 years in a wide variety of childcare.

I’m a Registered Childminder with

the Care Inspectorate and SCMA. You can check my Inspection Report on the Care Inspectorate website.

I follow Child-led Learning with lots of free play, open-ended toys/items, enriched learning aides, and plenty of outdoor play. I have a large garden, a few walking paths, and a community play park right in front of my house.

Please Note: I have 2 cats at my setting, see my Pet Policy for details.

My Services

Children's Toys

Providing care for

Ages 0 to 6 years old

I have experience with infants, some special needs (diabetes, Down Syndrome, autism, blind), and challenging behaviours. I'm not an expert but I do specialise in ADHD child behaviour as I have it myself and can easily relate to their needs. I have helped many ADHD kids as well as their parents in understanding them. :)
(I do not offer nursery drop-offs or pick-ups.)
